Our Farm covers 39 hectares of land. In the highest part dominates the Farmhouse, which boasts a wonderful panoramic view, all around to go down we find about 740 olive trees, between old and new ones, a small wooded part and about one hectare of Vineyard.

PRODUCERS OF EXTRA VIRGIN TUSCAN IGP OIL

The Farm has always produced an excellent extra virgin olive Oil, thanks to the climate and the hilly area in which we are situated, but for some years, from the passion and dedication of Daniele for this extraordinary fruit, our Oil has obtained the denomination of TOSCANO IGP. TOSCANO IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certifies the authenticity of our product, the origin and the processing method.

The harvest is carried out in October, always scrupulously verifying the maturation of the various qualities of Olives, their processing is carried out within 24 hours of harvesting, in order to guarantee a higher quality of the Oil. To obtain the certification, the Oil is then subjected to chemical and sensory tests.

We currently produce 2 types of extra virgin olive oil: *|strong>a blend di cultivarmonocultivar di frantoio

THE IGT WINE

On our arrival the Farm already had two vineyards that produced a red wine and a white table wine with IGT denomination (typical geographical indication)

In 2018 we concluded the last harvest, to start a new project. The first plot of vineyard that was behind the farmhouse has been uprooted and used as a new accommodation area "the Glamping". The second vineyard, which is located at the foot of the Farm and the charming village of Cedri, which has approximately less than 10 families, has been uprooted and prepared for a "new vineyard”.

One hectare of cultivated land, after a careful analysis of the soil, with typical Tuscan vines of SanGiovese, Foglia Tonda and Canaiolo.

Waiting to see the "new vineyard" in production, we enjoy the last 2018 vintage of our two wines the Rosso da tavola Toscano IGT made from SanGiovese, Canaiolo e Merlot grapes and the *|strong>Bianco da tavola Toscano IGT
