ORGANIC FARM

Our company is located among the gentle hills of Valdera, at the foot of the picturesque village of Cedri, Peccioli. A farm that extends over 39 hectares of land, of which 5 are olive groves, 3 are vineyards and the remainder is woods and poplar groves, all within a wildlife hunting company.

The altitude, about 230 meters above sea level, the soil characterized by clayey sands, where it is easy to find shell fossils and the mild maritime climate, give life to characteristic products of the area.

We produce organic IGT wines (Nigredo - Albedo - Rubedo) with native Tuscan vines including Sangiovese, Foglia tonda, Canaiolo and Vermentino, and Tuscan IGP EVO oil blend and monocultivar produced thanks to the many centuries-old olive trees present in our company that make the surrounding landscape unique.

Our farm is certified by the European organic body BIOAGRICERT.
